The main objective of this monograph was to provide the Government and relevant stakeholders with essential information for evaluating policies and easing planning and budgeting processes.

The monograph is imperative to the realization of the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda (BeTA), the Council’s Strategic Plan of 2023-2027, the Universal Health overage agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The report not only enhances knowledge on this subject but also serves as a basis for assessment, reporting and eventually monitoring inclusion of issues affecting Persons with ASD & other related developmental disabilities and their caregivers in the Government plans and programmes at the national and county levels.
